1. You Choose

You can choose your delivery day of Monday or Tuesday from 2-5 pm, or choose Pick Up at Venue at Home on Monday or Tuesday from 3-6 pm.

2. Text Alerts

With your provided phone number you will receive texts when your meals are on the way and have been delivered. You can track your delivery and contact your driver if there are any issues. 

3. How do I pause my order for the following week? 

Log in to your account and go to the subscription section to pause your account, then you will not receive the following weeks order. You will need to turn your subscription back on to start receiving orders again. If you miss this deadline you do need to talk to a Venue at Home coordinator by the end of business hours Friday.
4. Subscribe by Thursday

You need to subscribe by Thursday at 11 pm to receive your meals on following Monday or Tuesday. Once subscribed your meals will continue each week uninterrupted until cancelled.

5. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew a week from when they were placed.  Simply log into your account to Pause or Cancel prior to the Thursday 11 pm deadline. If you need assistance in pausing or cancelling your order for the following week, just email us at

6. I need to change my delivery location

If you let us know of any order changes by the deadlines, we can easily make the change.  We will attempt to accommodate any last minute changes the best we can.

7. Are you a meal kit service? 
No, all of our meals come ready to eat.  All you have to do is heat them in the microwave or oven, season to taste.  No apron needed!
8. Pricing
The price of our meals broken down is less than $6.00 per serving.  Thankfully you did not have to leave your house, contemplate dinner, spend money on gas, shop, dice, cook, wash dishes, etc for this meal. Our heart’s desire is Great Food, Great People, at Fair Pricing allowing you to spend more quality time with your family as we do the work for you. We will do our best to satisfy the vast number of palates and we encourage your feedback to our team.

Each meal will come with specific instructions for heating. The link will be texted to you, or you can also just visit

Make sure you get them in the fridge as soon as possible when your order arrives. Heat to 165* for safe food temperature.

Our standard serving size is one meal for one person.

Each account can only have one shipping address associated with it. So, if you have an order being delivered to your address, but you’d like to place another order to send to a different address, you will need to create a new account. This will just require a different email address.

We do not deliver outside the Lincoln city limits. We are currently delivering to the following zip codes: 68502, 68503, 68504, 68505, 68506, 68507, 68508, 68510, 68512, 68516, 68521, 68522, 68526, 68527, 68528.

You can subscribe for a 4-person size and then subscribe for a 2-person size and we will deliver them together.

Simply cancel your 2-person size subscription prior to your renewal day. Then subscribe for the 4-person size. Then you will receive the 4-person size moving forward.  If you are questioning the timing of your subscription, please email customer service before the Thursday deadline for all orders.

We will leave your order at your doorstep, please leave a cooler outside if you do not plan on being home.  Alcohol can not be delivered if there is no one of age to receive and sign for the order.
