Weekly Meal Heating Instructions

Lamb Beef Gyro Meal

Oven Instructions

Single Portion – Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid from container, place lid foil side on top of the container with potato wedges so that they can crisp up. Place pan in the oven and cook for 20 Minutes. Take naan out of plastic bag and place into the oven for 5 minutes. Serve with cucumber salad.

Couple Portion – Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid from container, place lid foil side on top of the container with potato wedges so that they can crisp up. Place pan in the oven and cook for 25 Minutes. Take naan out of plastic bag and place into the oven for 5 minutes. Serve with cucumber salad.

Family Portion – Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid from container, place lid foil side on top of the container with potato wedges so that they can crisp up. Place pan in the oven and cook for 35 Minutes. Take naan out of plastic bag and place into the oven for 5 minutes. Serve with cucumber salad.

Microwave InstructionsDO NOT PLACE FOIL PAN IN MICROWAVE. Place the meal in microwave safe dish. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Cook an additional 1-2 minutes or until the desired temperature has been reached. Potato wedges will NOT be desirable if microwaved.

Chef Tip: Place an oven tray or pizza stone into the oven when preheating. Place potato wedges onto the hot tray or stone for best results. Combine the gyro meat, potato wedges and cucumber salad onto the naan to make a complete gyro sandwich.

Oven Instructions

Single Portion – Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Keep lid on the tin container. Once the oven is preheated, place pan into the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until desired temperature is achieved. Remove pan from oven and serve hot, enjoy!

Couple Portion – Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Keep lid on the tin container. Once the oven is preheated, place pan into the oven and bake for 40 minutes or until desired temperature is reached. Remove pan from oven and serve hot, enjoy!

Family Portion – Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Keep lid on the tin container. Once the oven is preheated, place pan into the oven and bake for 60 minutes or until desired temperature is achieved. Remove pan from oven and serve hot, enjoy!

Stovetop Instructions– Preheat an adequately sized sauté pan on medium high heat. Once your sauté pan is preheated place the contents from your aluminum pan into your sauté pan, stir food every 2-3 minutes for 15 minutes.

Chef Tip: Add 2 cups of chicken broth and ½ cup of coconut milk to your meal to create a Thai style soup. Serve with your favorite style of dumpling or spring roll.
