Weekly Meal Heating Instructions

Bratwurst Burger Meal

Oven Instructions

Single Portion – Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid from package and place pan into the oven for 10-15 minutes. Place bread into the oven for 5 minutes or until warm. Serve coleslaw on the side or on top of the bratwurst burger.

Couple Portion – Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid from package and place sweet potato fries onto the lid. Spread out the bratwurst burgers so they are not stacked on top of each other. Place the bratwurst patties and sweet potato fries into the oven for 10-15 minutes. Place bread into the oven for 5 minutes or until warm. Serve coleslaw on the side or on top of the bratwurst burger.

Microwave InstructionsDO NOT PLACE FOIL PAN IN MICROWAVE. Place the meal in microwave safe dish. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Take out and stir. Cook an additional 1-2 minutes or until the desired temperature has been reached. Microwaving sweet potato fries is not recommended, it will yield a soggy product.

Chef Tip: Spread butter onto your bun and toast it using a sauté pan on your stove top. Mix mayo and your favorite mustard to spread out onto your bun, serve with your favorite pickles.

Grilled Chicken Bruschetta Meal

Oven Instructions

Single Portion – Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Once the oven is preheated, place the covered pan into the oven for 20 minutes. Place wrapped garlic bread into the oven for 5 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!

Couple Portion – Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Once the oven is preheated, place the covered pan into the oven for 30 minutes. Place wrapped garlic bread into the oven for 5 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!

Family Portion – Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Once the oven is preheated, place the covered pan into the oven for 40 minutes. Place wrapped garlic bread into the oven for 5 minutes. Serve hot and enjoy!

Chef Tip: Unwrap your garlic bread and cover the bread with your favorite cheese, rewrap the bread and cheese and place it into the oven.

St. Patty’s Day heating instructions

Corned Beef:

Oven– Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid from pan and add 2 TBSP of water to the pan. Secure the lid back onto the pan and place the pan in the oven once preheated. Cook corned beef for 30 minutes. Remove pan from oven, remove lid from pan, serve, and enjoy!

Stovetop– Place corned beef into an adequately sized saucepan, add 2 TBSP of water to the pan and cover with a lid. Heat corned beef over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes or until desired temperature has been achieved.

Guinness Mustard Cream Sauce:

Stovetop- Add cream sauce to a small sauce or sauté pan, place pan on stove stop and turn heat on to medium heat. Stir sauce every minute for 5-7 minutes or until desired temperature has been reached. Once the sauce is hot pour sauce into appropriate container to serve with your corned beef.

                Microwave– Open lid to sauce container, making sure not to remove the lid but leave it slightly cracked open. Microwave for 2-3 minutes. Remove sauce from microwave and stir. Return sauce to the microwave and proceed to heat for 1-2 minutes longer. Remove sauce from microwave and stir. Continue microwaving in 1-minute increments until desired temperature has been achieved. Serve sauce with your corned beef.

Braised Cabbage:

                Oven– Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid from pan and add 2TBSP of water to the pan. Secure the lid back onto the pan and place pan in the oven once preheated. Cook braised cabbage for 30 minutes. Remove pan from oven, remove lid from pan, serve, and enjoy!

Stovetop– Place braised cabbage into an adequately sized saucepan, add 2 TBSP of water to the pan and cover with a lid. Heat Braised cabbage over medium high heat for 5-7 minutes or until desired temperature has been achieved.

Parsley Potatoes and Carrots:

                Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid from pan. Once oven is preheated place pan of Potatoes and Carrots in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove pan from oven, serve, and enjoy!

Irish Soda Bread:

                Irish soda bread can be consumed without heating if hot soda bread is preferred preheat oven to 400 degrees. Once the oven is preheated remove the lid from soda bread pan and place into the oven for 10 minutes. Remove pan from oven, serve and enjoy!
